It’s the customized version of a small ERP system, the idea came from the pain that an institute suffers managing all students’ affairs and the staff of education. Although there are many apps and platforms that are used for the full management of educational centers, the requirements were different. The small business has its own way of payments which is itself differs in the two working shifts, AM-shift is like a primary school for underprivileged kids, where students’ guardians must pay a fixed rate during a year (as possible) while PM-Shift is like an assistant learning center that supports students with the needed skills after school time where the fees depends on the courses that they select and it is paid partially (usually monthly) according to their ability.

Features:

1-Management of payments in both currencies (LBP and USD)

2-Management of students’ info and their progress

3-Manage expenses including salaries of teacher and drivers

4-Share students’ achievements with their guardians

By the way, this app is still under development and testing phase, it has been paused till the confirmation of new changes (in summer).

App Components:

•The backend side represented by Django

•The frontend side represented by UIs

•SMS service (to reach guardian phones) using Twilio provider

•Background service that notifies the admin with the names of students who are late in paying monthly installments.
